Nick Kollias founded OnleJobs in Chicago after seeing the same thing again and again. Every time he sent an employer a 60-second video of a candidate, the reaction was completely different. The employer could connect with the person, and the person with the employer.
That is why OnleJobs is not a place to read resume after resume. Professionals introduce themselves on camera and tell their own story, so businesses meet the people behind the resumes.
Nick believes technology should make people better at their work, not replace them. In his words, AI can do the job of a call center agent, but a call center agent can do it so much better using AI. Empathy, judgment and a real human touch are what customers remember.
